Outline of Research at the Start	プラスチックによる近年の環境問題として、廃プラスチック有効利用率の低迷、マイクロプラスチックによる海洋汚染などの問題が挙げられる。1990年代以降、日本では容器包装リサイクル法、ごみ袋有料化、レジ袋有料化などがプラスチック削減のために実施され、その効果の検証が行われてきた。しかしながら、これらの政策がなぜ海洋汚染問題を防止ができなかったか、これらの政策が問題解決にどのように寄与するかは未だ不明のままである。本研究では、レジ袋有料化などの有料化の効果を検討するために、プラ有料化が海洋汚染に与えた影響の解明を行い、有料化政策の再評価を行うことで、近年のプラ問題の要因および有効な解決策の検討を行う。
