Outline of Research at the Start

はじめに、食システムの環境影響が低く、かつ栄養学的に適切な食事パターンを取り入れた食教育プログラムを小学校教諭らとともに開発する。さらに、その効果を測るための質問票も開発する。そして、開発したプログラムを、都内の小学校（4~5校）で実施し、内容の改善を図る。プログラムの改善後、実施規模を拡大して、食教育プログラムを展開し、開発した質問票を用いて、知識・意識・行動の変化を検証する。
