Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は若手研究20K20057を発展させるべく、就労概念の拡張要件としての教育の質保証に着目し、「市民参加の制度化」における学校外教育の組織的な支援体制を明らかにする。自発性に基づく利益を目的としない活動を公的に支援する「市民参加の制度化」について、包摂的な制度設計における教育の役割に焦点を当て、①「市民参加の制度化」をめぐる政治的な優先順位の変化、②教育担当者に対する役割期待の急増と複雑化、③教育の質保証を目指して強化される組織的な支援体制を分析し、多様な「仕事」の生活保障と承認を実現する社会政策論に寄与する研究としたい。
