Outline of Research at the Start	少子高齢化の進む日本で観光業は数少ない成長産業の一つである。そして、観光は経済的恩恵だけでなく、個人に多様な効果をもたらす。しかしながら、観光の効果に関するこれまでの研究は要因の統制が不十分なものや少数事例の研究が多い。さらに、観光がもたらす個人の成長や学習については、観光の効果に関する研究の中でも見過ごされてきた領域である。特に長期的効果については、これまでほとんど学術的な検証がなされていない。そこで本研究では経験サンプリング法を用いて観光経験の量的な検証を試みる。さらに、中年期に至った調査参加者に対する量的・質的調査を実施することで観光経験による成長や学習を説明するモデルを新たに構築する。
