Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、移住者等の「新しい働き方」はどのようにして見いだされ、どのような条件のもとで成立しているのか、彼らの働き方・暮らし方は地域づくりという観点からはどのような役割を担っているのか、という一連の問いのもと、まずは関連する国内外の議論をレビューし、「新しい働き方」や「新しい経済システム」をめぐる議論の全体像を精緻に把握する。その上で「新しい働き方」の実態とその成立要因、困難を解明するためのヒアリング調査を実施する。最終年度は前年度までの分析結果をふまえて労働と余暇の有機的関係を実現し得る社会経済システムについて考察し、「新しい働き方」の意義と地域創生の担い手形成に果たす役割を明らかにする。
