Outline of Research at the Start

学術界の性差の解消は国際的な課題となっており，解消策を講じるためには性差の解明が不可欠である．論文メタデータに基づく従来の分析では，研究者の男女比や論文業績の性差といった表面的な性差の理解にとどまっていた．本研究では，論文テキストデータも活用した性差の定量分析を行い，性差に関連する学術的な要因や側面の理解を深めることを目的とする．具体的には（１）研究助成の性差（２）研究者キャリアの性差（３）文献引用の性差を分析する．
