Outline of Research at the Start

The EmoMap project provides emotion mapping for textual data, i.e. converting between granularities of emotions in emotion datasets e.g. annoyance to anger and anger to negative. This project will help us better understand the overlap and distinctiveness of emotions and aid in the development of a robust emotion framework for recognizing textual affect.
