Outline of Research at the Start

Once the graft is constructed without capillary networks, it couldn't receive the nutrients and oxygen from the blood supply after implantation, which may compromise the cell survival. This research aims to engineer a scaffold-free 3D construct with the perfusable and functional capillary networks.
