Outline of Research at the Start	In this proposal, I will develop a multi-scale microenvironmental control method using combination of MultiCUBE technology and BM-coating at single cell level. This system allows us to spatially control and manipulate ECM proteins appropriately from micro to millimeter scale in organoid system.
