Outline of Research at the Start

the applicant presents a function-persistent polymersome nanoreactor with tumor-specific activation and safe clearance/metabolism for synergistic oxidation-chemo-immunotherapy. Polymersome nanoreactor is fabricated by self-assembly of block copolymer consisting of PEG segment, ROS-responsive polymeric prodrug segment, tumor pH-responsive segment, and photo-crosslinker segment, with lactate oxidase (LOD).
