Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、企業の取締役会（トップマネジメントチームTMT）の組織特徴や意思決定スタイルを数値化し、企業間で比較可能にすることである。TMT意思決定は企業の将来に大きな影響を与えるが、外的環境やメンバーのバックグラウンドに影響されるため複雑である。本研究ではデータサイエンスとAI技術を活用して、非財務情報を数値化し、TMTの組織属性と意思決定スタイルを企業間で比較、特徴を抽出する。研究はデータセットの構築、TMT意思決定のグループ分け、財務パフォーマンスの分析、総合分析と妥当性の検討を行うことで進める。これにより、TMT意思決定スタイルの特徴と企業パフォーマンスへの影響を定量的に評価する。
