Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、実験経済学の手法を用いて、組織内における参加型意思決定の価値を明らかにすることを目的とする。意思決定に参加することの価値は、参加することによって結果に影響を与える「手段的な価値」と、参加しようがしまいが結果は変わらないにも関わらず、意思決定に参加すること自体がもつ「本源的な価値」の二つがあるが、本研究では後者の計測を目的とする。また、その価値を日本とフランスとの間で比較することを通じて、今後、ますます構成員の多様性を増す組織において、参加型意思決定をどのように用いることが望ましいのかを明らかにし、構成員の幸せとパフォーマンスを上げるための方法の考察に繋げたい。
