Outline of Research at the Start

インターセクショナリティは、概念としての歴史は浅いが、ジェンダー研究を中心に急速に普及した。米黒人女性のレイプ被害や就労経験は、人種やジェンダー概念を個別に当てはめたのでは見過ごされてしまう。だが、インターセクショナリティの経験的研究への応用は進んでいない。この概念の持つ意義を減じずに実証研究に応用する方途について、理論的検討とエスニック・ビジネス研究への適用により探ることが本研究の目的である。
