Outline of Research at the Start

こどもの「居場所」づくりが国の施策として進められているが,多様な居場所を継続させるための人材確保や体制整備については諸々の課題がある．
本研究では，神戸市を例として，市内約260箇所の居場所（子ども食堂など）を「食」に関する活動の程度と地域団体との連携への関心等により分類・整理し，居場所とつながる各種団体（大学，NPO法人等）の活動内容をデータベース化する．両者をマッチングし，各団体が支援プログラムを試行してその影響を評価することにより，地域の「こどもの居場所」において，地域の団体が連携しながら「食」を起点としてこどものエンパワメントを図る持続的・包摂的な支援を行なうシステムの構築を試みる．
