Outline of Research at the Start

成年後見人等の業務の中で必要に迫られて行わざるを得ない死後事務であるが、なかでも遺体の引き取りや葬儀、納骨に係る事項については、今後も対応を迫られる機会が増大することが予想される。本研究では、成年後見人等の死後事務の現状を調査し、制度やサービスの狭間となっている解決困難な課題への対応に向けて、福祉的支援の視点から課題整理・検討を行うことを目的とする。それによって、市区町村や地域包括支援センター等公的機関との効果的な連携を模索し、特に経済的困窮がある単身高齢者の終活を支援するシステムの構築を図りたい。
