Outline of Research at the Start	注意欠如多動症 (ADHD)は、不注意・多動性衝動性を特徴とする神経発達症である。グアンファシンは、前頭前皮質におけるα2A受容体を選択的に刺激し、前頭前皮質の機能を増強すると考えられており、ADHD診断治療ガイドライン第5版では、グアンファシンはADHDに対する第一選択薬の一つに加えられた。しかしながら、グアンファシンの脳内メカニズムは全く検証されておらず、治療効果の客観的指標は未だ確立されていない。そこで本研究では、安静時fMRIを用いてグアンファシンの神経ネットワークに対する影響を明らかにし、薬物治療効果の評価に資する新規のイメージングバイオマーカーを開発することを目的とする。
