Outline of Research at the Start	昆虫は自然教育の素材として重要であるだけではなく、初等教育から高等教育の多岐にわたる教育場面で教材として広く活用されている。近年では持続可能な社会実現のための革新的ツールとしてSDGsの観点からも注目されており、昆虫食や養蜂といった、より多様化・高度化した昆虫活用の取り組みが増加している。環境教育や食育の分野ではそうした昆虫活用ニーズへの対応が求められるようになってきているが、その実施体制は未成熟かつ発展途上であり、付随するリスクについてもあまり理解されていないのが現状である。本研究は、多様化・高度化が進む昆虫活用ニーズに対応し、環境教育や食育の現場で必要とされる支援ツールを開発する。
