Outline of Research at the Start

近年、エージェンシーが重要な概念として注目されている。VUCAの時代において、生徒のエージェンシーを高めることは重要である。本研究では、組織開発の手法を応用し、高校の探究の授業を対象に生徒と教師がカリキュラムを共創する組織開発プログラムを開発する。それにより、生徒と教師の共同エージェンシーが発揮される学校の構築を目指す。実践により、共同エージェンシーが発揮される学校のデザイン原則を明らかにする。
