Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，全世界で加速的に複雑化，深刻化する社会や環境問題を前に，知と人 材を生み出す大学の役割，実践が問われる中で，大学のモデルとして高等教育システムを牽 引してきた西欧とは異なる思想を文化として持つ日本の大学の中に，オルタナティブとなる 実践があるのではないか，という仮説を持ち，具体的な実践およびそこでの思想が学生のア カデミック・アイデンティティに取り込まれていくプロセスを記述することを目的とする。 れは，日本型大学の特徴を考察するとともに，現代において日本をフィールドとする意義を 提起することにもつながると考える。
