| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、隣接領域での職業・社会的経験を踏まえた新たな職能形成を支援するリカレント学習を促進していくため、ノンフォーマル・インフォーマルな学習経験の成果の認定（以下VNIFL（Validation of Non-formal and Informal Learning）とよぶ）による学位・資格の部分承認の原理探究を目的とし、経験認定評価者、社会人、教育機関を対象として質的・量的調査を行う。国家学位資格枠組（NQF：National Qualifications Framework）開発における重要理念として、職種間移動・学校種間移動など浸透性（permeability）にかかる研究領域を拓く。
