Outline of Research at the Start

本研究はうつに伴う集中困難に意識的統制に関わらず生じる思考の途絶であるmind-blanking(MB)が関与し、その基盤に青斑核と内側前頭前野等の失調があるという仮説の下、MBを誘発する神経結合のパターンを解明し、日常的集中困難との関連も検討する。これらにより、うつにおける集中困難について新たな精神病理モデルを創発する。これを目的として、うつにおいてMBが誘発されやすい課題の開発、MB発生に関わる神経基盤の解明、脳活動データに基づく日常場面でのMB発生の予測モデルについて研究を行う。本研究によって、うつに伴う集中困難に苦しむ人々の理解と介入方法につなげる知見を得たい。
