Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，人口が減少し，地域公共事業の機能複合化・統合再編や新しい公共への役割の期待が増す中で，地域活動の場としてなおセーフティネットたる〈公〉に対して，〈共〉の担い手と「開かれる〈私〉」の拡大を踏まえ公共機能の新たな役割分担の姿を考究する。アクセス可能な場所に［生体ケアの手と場］とそれを担う身体ひとつで利用可能な［場所］が実空間として存在することはそれ自体が福祉と人権の基盤である。しかし一方，特に人口縮小地域では〈公〉の場所は統合再編の中で広域化し，地域密着性を失いつつある。つまり取りこぼしない支援のためには改めて地域に具体的に存在する場所と，公・共・私に渡るその担い手が必要となる。
