Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、長作動ピエゾ素子と精密ピエゾ素子を組み合わせたハイブリットスキャナーを開発することによって、3Dイメージングが可能な近接場光学顕微鏡を開発する。凹凸のある細胞膜の近接場3D観察や、半導体デバイス上の光学 3Dナノイメージングなど、革新的な近接場光学イメージングを実現することを目指す。
