Outline of Research at the Start	複数の臓器機能を1枚のデバイス上に集積化した多臓器モデルを構築することにより、各臓器間の連関を詳細かつ効率的に解析可能なシステムを開発することを着想した。本研究では、腸内細菌叢を含む小腸モデルと肝臓モデルを構築して接続することにより、小腸と肝臓の相互作用『腸肝連関』を解析可能なマイクロモデルを開発する。開発した正常モデルおよびその疾患モデルを利用し、小腸のバリア機能や腸内細菌叢と肝炎の相関などへの応用可能性を検討する。
