Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、スピントロニクスデバイスのフレキシブル化を展望し、溶液プロセスで作製可能なメタルナノシートの成膜プロセスを開発し、『多層化メタルナノシートを用いたスピントロニクス』を創発するという前例のない課題に挑戦する。革新的な液相剥離ナノシートを適用した成膜法を開発し、剥離ナノシート薄膜の柔軟性を活かし、柔軟性のある基板への強磁性／非磁性ナノシート交互積層体を成膜し、フレキシブルなナノシートスピントロニクスデバイスへの展開を図る。
