Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、高活性ヒ素還元微生物を用いたヒ素浄化システムを構築することを目指し、亜ヒ酸を元素状ヒ素に還元して呼吸を行う微生物システムが存在する可能性についてバイオインフォマティクス解析と微生物学・タンパク質科学実験を組み合わせた複合型のアプローチにより検討する。
