Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、巨大単細胞緑藻のカサノリを用い、この細胞を切断した際に生じる「サイトプラスト」と呼ばれる小胞が示す概日リズムを解析する。遺伝子の転写も起こらない小胞で刻まれる概日リズムに、既知の時計遺伝子産物が関わるかどうかを明らかにしようとする試みである。
