Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では光遺伝学を用いて、光照射により G4 構造を適当なタイミング及び場所で G4 構造を on/off することが出来るシステムを構築する。将来的には本システムを応用し、様々な核酸高次構造を狙った病変細胞や病変領域において特異的に操ることで健常な細胞への副作用を抑えた神経疾患治療への応用も期待できる。したがって、本研究は細胞内の核酸高次構造を自由に操るための模索的かつ初歩的な研究であり、挑戦的で萌芽的な研究課題である。
