Outline of Research at the Start	申請者は概日リズムの周期を変化させる新規化合物を発見して鍵となる制御機構を明らかにしてきた。本研究では標的タンパク質が未同定の時計調節化合物を用いることで時計タンパク質のPERを標的とするfirst-in-classの化合物の発見を目指す。PERは睡眠リズム障害などにも関与していることから、PERの機能制御を可能にすることで概日時計システムの理解と創薬への応用に新たな可能性を切り拓きたい。
