Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、自然界からバイオフィルム破壊因子をスクリーニングし、その構成遺伝子をファージカプシド内に搭載することで、バイオフィルム破壊作用をもつ全く新しいファージ製剤を構築する。本研究で開発するバイオフィルム破壊因子のin situ増幅法は、バイオフィルム内に存在する細菌がバイオフィルム破壊因子をin situ（その場）で増幅することで、周囲のバイオフィルムが破壊される作用を持つ。
