Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は申請者独自の「造血オルガノイド」作製技術により、ヒト多能性幹細胞をもちいて胎児期の主要な造血器官である胎児肝臓全体を試験管内で構築することを目的とする。これにより、従来不可能であったヒト多能性幹細胞から長期骨髄再構築能をもった造血幹前駆細胞への試験管内誘導を可能にする。さらに造血オルガノイドを使用して、粘膜免疫を含むほぼ全ての免疫細胞をヒト細胞で置換した免疫ヒト化マウス作製をめざす。
