Outline of Research at the Start

申請者はリンパ管マーカーProx1-GFP遺伝子改変マウスやLYVE1-GFPマウス、VEGFR3-Venusマウスなどを駆使し、中枢神経系のドレナージシステムの実際に迫る。具体的な方法としては、CUBICによる透明化3次元イメージングを駆使し、OVAトレーサーなどを用いて、ライトシート顕微鏡イメージングによる撮影および解析を実施する。また、病態モデルに関しては、インパクターを用いた脊髄損傷モデルを作成し、経時的な変化を観察する。脳梗塞も中大脳動脈閉塞モデルを作成し、脳におけるドレナージシステムの変化を解析する。さらには、老齢マウスにおけるドレナージシステムも解析を行う。
