Outline of Research at the Start

We will establish methodology for the multimodal assessment of antigen specific B and T-cell cells by the use of CyTOF and single cell RNA sequencing integrated with intracellular staining of phosphorylation markers. This will allow fine immunophenotyping and functional analysis of rare cells.
