Outline of Research at the Start	EAEの病態において、アミノ酸のキラリティがどのように影響を及ぼすのか知られていない。そこで、まずEAEの脊髄において病勢と平行して変化を認めるアミノ酸の光学異性体を明らかにする。さらに、光学変換に特異的な代謝酵素の欠損マウスを用いてEAE表現型にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを確認する。さらに、アミノ酸光学異性体の投与によって病態改善効果があるか否かを検討する。
