Outline of Research at the Start	申請者は、脂質代謝という従来とは異なる観点からアレルギー疾患に取り組み、誘導性脂肪滴がTpath2の特徴となることを見出している。興味深いことに、脂肪滴の形成は病原性とリンクしており、一時的な緩解期にはこれらは認められないが、再燃とともに検出される。こうした知見から、脂肪滴を指標とし、特に過去に脂肪滴形成の経験がある細胞集団を追跡することで、病原性T前駆細胞を同定できるのではないかと着想した。期間中に以下の項目を完遂し、「脂質代謝でアレルギー疾患の根治を実現」する。
