Outline of Research at the Start	がん免疫療法のさらなる改善には、CD8陽性T細胞を代表とする免疫細胞の詳細な解析が重要である。本研究では、主に腫瘍内の免疫細胞での遺伝子スプライシングの変化が、抗腫瘍免疫応答に与える影響を、１細胞レベルで評価し、これらの細胞におけるスプライシング関連機構を標的とした、がん免疫療法の新しい治療法やバイオマーカーの可能性を探索する。
