Outline of Research at the Start

本課題では深部イントロンに変異をもつ重症型福山型筋ジストロフィー治療法の臨床応用を目指し①アンチセンス核酸の至適化と②新規エクソンスキップ誘導4.5SH RNAキメラ分子による治療効果判定を行う。また、早期に治療効果が確定できればvivoモデル作成を検討する。
①エクソンスキップ療法（知財取得中）2022年の報告では至適化に余地がある。独自に樹立した疾患由来iPS細胞を用い骨格筋・神経系細胞への分化誘導からフェノタイプレベルでの治療効果判定を行う。
②4.5SH RNAキメラ分子を用いたエクソンスキップ療法の確立
