Outline of Research at the Start

本研究で申請者は、独自に同定した肝星細胞特異的細胞表面タンパク質およびその糖鎖修飾構造を標的とする特異抗体の探索を行うとともに、活性化肝星細胞を標的としたCAR-T細胞治療の効果を解析し、肝線維化小動物モデルを用いて分子標的治療、免疫細胞治療の非臨床proof of conceptを得る。さらにT細胞指向性脂質ナノ粒子LNPにCAR発現用遺伝子を搭載したLNPを作成し、治療効果獲得を目指す。
