Outline of Research at the Start	オーダーメイドに患者に最適な薬剤を提案する「コンパニオン診断」は、現在、一部の病態や薬への適用に限られている。本研究は、ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋（FFPE）組織中のタンパク質病態分子機構を定量的に解析する技術について、従来法よりも、網羅性・スループット性・病変部位選択性を大幅に改善することによって、普遍的かつ精密に、最適薬を提案する診断の基盤を構築することを目標とする。
