Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、食餌性肥満による皮膚免疫機構の変化を、TRMを軸として解明することを目的とする。応募者は、食餌性肥満において細胞内脂質構成・細胞内脂肪酸プロセスが変化し転写因子活性が抑制されることで抗原応答性TRMの機能低下が生じる、とする仮説を立て、皮膚TRM機能低下が免疫記憶減弱の一因となる可能性を、マウスTRM介在接触皮膚炎モデル、ヒト健常人皮膚・乾癬皮膚を用いて、immunohistochemistry、flow cytometry、RNAseq、ATACseqなどの手法を用いて検証する。
