本研究はエクソソームの機能を明確にして、新しい分子細胞治療としてのデザイナーエクソソームが心不全治療としての飛躍的な開発につながるか、その実現性を検証する挑戦的研究である。さらに、心不全患者の循環血中エクソソームを用いたパネルを基に、個々の心不全患者で合わせたデザイナーエクソソームを創製し、エクソソームが個別化医療に発展できるか、その可能性も探索していく
