Outline of Research at the Start	血中循環腫瘍DNA（circulating tumor DNA: ctDNA）とがん間質FAPI PETイメージングは、近年開発された、いずれも高い病変検出能を有する検査手法である。本研究では、ヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV）陽性の頭頸部癌患者におけるctDNA量とFAPI PETの画像所見や定量解析結果との関連を明らかにし、遺伝子と画像の異なる視点から成る両手法を融合させることで、新たな頭頸部癌層別化システムを構築する。その後、治療効果、無再発生存期間などを対象に、構築したシステムの実用性を確認する。
