Outline of Research at the Start

我々はこれまでに多癌種において網羅的遺伝子変異解析によるゲノム情報とTCRレパトア解析、網羅的な免疫関連遺伝子発現解析を組み合わせて病態解明に迫るImmunogenomicsの分野を切り開いてきた。本研究では進行性腎癌や尿路上皮癌に対してICI治療を行う症例においてTCRレパトア解析による末梢血T細胞の表現型解析および遺伝子改変T細胞による自己抗原同定により早期にirAE発症を予測し、重篤化を回避するプラットフォーム作成を目指す。
