Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、胎盤特異的インプリント遺伝子の発現を可視化するためのレポーターTS細胞を作製し、CRIPSRスクリーニングによってこれらのインプリント遺伝子のアレル特異的発現を制御する因子を探索する。そのために、①胎盤特異的インプリント遺伝子のノックインレポーターTS細胞の作製、②CRIPSRスクリーニングによる新規インプリンティング制御因子の探索、③新規DNA結合因子によるインプリンティング制御機構の解明、を実施する。
