Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は「オルガノイド共培養法による循環脈管系生成技術開発」である。現在の培養系では、オルガノイド中心部に必要な栄養や酸素が拡散や浸透では到達させることが困難なため中心部から細胞の壊死が生じる問題がある。それゆえオルガノイドの脈管系循環を確立させる方法を開発する必要がある。本研究では創出した臓器オルガノイドと血管オルガノイドを共培養させることでこれらを融合させる方法を開発することである。
