Outline of Research at the Start

慢性炎症性皮膚疾患のアトピー性皮膚炎では、引っ掻きの痛み刺激が逆に痒みを誘発してしまう感覚異常現象が生じるが、そのメカニズムの全容は明らかにされていない。本研究では、アトピー性皮膚炎患者における痛みから痒みが誘発される謎を解明するため、痒みの誘発μ-タイプ／抑制κ-タイプのオピオイドシステム活性化バランスに係る新発見と、独自開発したそう痒モデルに焦点を当て、痛み刺激による痒み誘発の分子・神経機構の解明を目指す。
