Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、凍土海水内に生息する微生物群の細胞膜脂質分子の14C同位体計測と三次元同位体マスバランスモデルを用いて、ブライン中未培養微生物による従属・化学独立栄養代謝による炭素フラックスを世界で初めて計測することを目的とする。
