Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、それぞれの人間に由来するヒトiPS細胞を利用し、培養皿上でがん発症/進展状態を模倣することで、全く一定の外部環境下で、各個人の肉腫オルガノイドを作製する（=ヒト肉腫オルガノイドパネル）（ポイント１）。これを利用して、がん発症・進展を制御する薬剤スクリーニングシステムを開発する（ポイント２）。そして、オルガノイド間の疾患形質の違い（発症・進展の度合い、化合物・抗がん剤の効きやすさ）から個体差の生物学的基盤の解明を目指す（ポイント３）。
