Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題では、私たちが独自に開発したVEGF-Cを生体内で吸着・保持する特性を有するPLGA-PEG-PLGA/LAPONITE複合インジェクタブルゲルを用いて、複合ゲルがリンパ管新生を誘導する作用メカニズムの全容を解明し、複合ゲルのリンパ浮腫に対する治療効果を解明することにより、複合ゲルを用いたリンパ管再生技術およびリンパ浮腫治療法の創出につなげる。
