Outline of Research at the Start

オルガノイドは、特定の臓器や組織を模倣したiPS細胞から作られた立体的な細胞構造です。オルガノイドは基礎研究だけでなく病気のモデルや薬剤開発、再生医療の分野で有用であり、その実用化が期待されています。
一方でオルガノイドの実用化には品質管理の確立が重要です。本研究では細胞骨格の違いに基づいた細胞染色法であるアクチンペイント法をオルガノイドの機能的評価に応用し、その社会実装化を試みます。
